摘要
产品的模块化导致了组织的模块化.技术创新网络作为复杂产品创新过程中所形成的网络组织,也呈现出模块化的特征.由于技术创新网络具有自组织特性,因此复杂自适应理论为此提供了新的视角.本研究结合模块化理论和复杂自适应理论,对模块化技术创新网络的自组织演化过程进行分析,认为:模块化技术创新网络的自组织演化动力是设计规则在流动过程中的自我强化;模块化技术创新网络的自组织演化路径遵循不稳定—次混沌—混沌—稳定的回路模型.
Product modularization leads to organization modularization. As a network organization formed in the process of complex product innovation, technological innovation network has presented modular characteristics. Existing research focuses on the driving factors of structure evolution of technological innovation network ( mainly referring to the network expansion) , but is lack of studies on the general rules about drivers and path of the modular technological innovation network organizations. As technological innovation has self-organizing network characteristics, complex adaptive theory provides a new perspective. Combining the modular theory and complex adaptive theory, it concludes that self- organizing evolution driver of the modular technological innovation network is the process of self-strengthen of mobile design rules, and the self-organizing network evolution path of the modular technology innovation network follows a loop model of instability - hypo-chaos - chaos - stability.
