摘要
对战略联盟伙伴关系动态演化机理进行研究.分析战略联盟知识转移存量和知识转移频度的影响因素,指出在这些变量因素的作用下,知识转移存量和知识转移频度的变化情况.在知识转移存量和知识转移频度两个结构维度共同作用下,建立了战略联盟伙伴关系动态演化机理模型.
It studies the dynamic evolutional mechanism of partnership in strategic alliance. Firstly, the influencing factors on the stock and the frequency of knowledge transfer in strategic alliance are analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the changes of the stock and the frequency of knowledge transfer under the influence of these factors. Finally, considering the effect of the stock and the frequency of knowledge transfer, the dynamic evolutional mechanism model of partnership in strategic alliance is constructed.
