顺酐均相配位催化加氢制琥珀酸酐的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了原位合成的钌-膦配合物的顺酐均相加氢性能。考察了不同反应时间、温度(20~100℃)、氢初压(室温1.0~4.0MPa)、钌浓度(2.1×10-3~8.4×10-3mol/L)、P/RU摩尔比、底物浓度(0.5~2.0mol/L)及几种溶剂的影响规律。发现在考察范围内,顺酐转化率随钌浓度、P/RU摩尔比的增加而提高.最佳转化率达98.4%,琥珀酸酐选择性为100%. The catalytic properties of the Ru-P (Ph)3 complex which was synthesized insitu for maleic anhydride hydrogenation to succinic anhydride was investigated. Typical reac-tion conditions were ranged: T= 2O- 100℃; PH2 = 1. 0- 4. 0MPa (room temperature) 4 [Ru]= 2. 1 ×10-3 - 8. 4 ×10-3 mmol/L; [P] = 1.0=12.0×10-3 mmol/L; [MA] = 0. 5 - 2. 0mol/L; Solvent: tetrahydrofunan, toluene, diglyme, cyclohexane, ethanol , etc; Under the exper-imental conditions, high conversion(98. 4 % ) and selectivity(100 % ) for MA hydrogenation toSA were obtained. It was found that the catalytic activity was strongly influenced by the na-ture of the solvent'
