摘要
以双底物模型对井岗霉素发酵过程进行描述,建立了发酵过程数学模型及工业发酵罐氧浓度和菌丝耗氧速率的测量方法,并运用该模型定量分析了发酵罐操作参数kLa与菌丝生长的关系。
The report described validamycin fermentation process with a two-substratemodel. The methods of measuring DO and respiration rate of cells were discussed. Further-more, the model was used to describe the relation of oxygen-transfer coefficient kLa and cellgrowth quantitatively.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simplified correlation.
