摘要
采用有机溶剂萃取的方法从麦草造纸黑液中提取木质素,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、1H NMR、紫外光谱等方法对其结构进行了表征.试验表明,所提取的木质素具有明显的紫丁香基和愈疮木基苯环结构.同时测定了木质素的元素组成和甲氧基含量,并计算得到经典的C9结构模型,其结构形式为C9H8.89O1.71(OCH3)1.39.
An organic solvent was used to extract lignin from wheat pulp black liquor. The chemical structure of the wheat lignin was characterized using FT-IR, ^1 H NMR and UV spectrum. The results showed that the syringly and guaiaeyl groups are present. The element composition and the content of OCH3 group were investigated. The empirical C9-formula of the lignin is C9H8.89O1.17（OCH3）1.39 acording to dealing with the experimental data.
