摘要
水溶性DM-5005钝化剂在催化裂化小试和100万吨/年重油催化裂化工业应用结果表明:水溶性DM-5005钝化剂是改善重金属对催化剂污染的有效简便方法之一,有利于改善产品分布,使汽油、液化气收率增高,干气和焦炭收率下降,干气中氢含量降低,从而保证了装置安全、平稳长周期生产。
The result of the catalytic cracking bench scale test and the 1OOMT/Y residcatalytic cracking industry showed that the use of water-souble passivant DM-5005 is one ofthe most effective and the simplest method to improve the contamination of catalysts by heavymetals. It is benefit to improve product distribution and increase the yields of gasoline andliquefied gas and reduce the yields of dry gas and coke and lower hydrogen content in the drygast thus it assures the production to be under the circumstances of safety, stability and longperiod.
