摘要
对陶瓷膜回收偏钛酸过程中膜污染机理进行研究。确定了主要的污染机理,污染物位置及成份;并考虑了操作条件对膜污染程度的影响。对于指导污染控制和膜再生有重要意义。
The fouling mechanism of ceramic microfiltration membrane to be used in the recover-ing of TiO2 particle was discussed. The fouling mechanism was particle deposition on membrane sur-face and it mainly composed of TiO2 and Pe2+. The influences of operation parameters on the foulingwere also investigated. The results were useful for the controlling of membrane fouling and membraneregeneration.
