摘要
为了分析某烟机轮盘在受损修复后的使用寿命,采用有限元方法对该轮盘在修复前后不同工作状态下的强度和寿命进行了分析比较,给出了修复后轮盘安全系数和工作寿命的变化,确定修复后轮盘的安全系数为1.65,其寿命为14000 h.
The finite element method is used to compute the stress and the temperature in a damaged stage Ⅱ disc on gas turbine engine before and after repairs, The computational results on its strength and life under different service conditions are compared and analyzed. The assessment of the life and strength of the damaged disc after repairs is carry out. The results show that its factor of safety is 1.65 and its service Iife is 14 000 hours.
