摘要
烟台市门楼水库因渗漏严重危及大坝安全,采用砼防渗墙加固方案,对大坝进行了处理。防渗墙布设在主坝下游坝肩与马道之间,分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两个标段,采用CZ─22型冲击钻机造孔、泥浆固壁、水下导管浇筑砼施工工艺。文中介绍了设计要求、施工条件、施工程序、质量标准和减少砼超方等内容。
At the Menlou reservoir, Yantai city, the seepage severely endangers the safety of the Iarge dam.The scheme of concrete cut-off wall strengthening is adopted for the treatment of the large dam. The cut-off wall is arranged at the downstream side of the main dam, located between the dam shoulder and the bridle path. It consists of No. 1 and No. 2 tendered sections. The hole forming is completed by CZ-22 type percussion rig, slurry wall protection, underwater conducting tube method to pour concrete. This paper introduces the design requirements, condition and procedure of construction, standard of quality and reducing the surplus arnount of concrete etc.
