摘要 通过复杂地质构造对热采水平井弯管段套管应力影响的数值分析,得出了不同地质构造及筛管悬挂高度对弯管段套管应力影响的基本规律。计算结果表明:筛管悬挂高度越高,套管拉应力越大,且最大拉应力值远小于套管屈服强度;复杂地质构造中薄弱部位,极易产生应力集中现象,套管应力超过了其许用应力值,增加了套管损坏的风险。 Thermal stress acted on bended pipe of horizontal well while injecting steam in heavy oil thermal production, but the bended pipes were in complex geologic structure of wells and different hanging heights of screen liner. AS a result, a large number of casing damage took place in steam-injection exploitation, and then influenced stability of output and economic benefits badly. Based on thermal recovery numerical analysis on stresses of bended pipe in horizontal well of complex geologic structures, the law between casing stress and different geologic structures and hanging heights of screen liner were received. The results showed that the higher of the screen liner, the larger of the tension stress, and the maximal tension stress was much less than the yield strength. And the maximum stress is more than allowable stress, which can cause casing damage easily in weak formation of complex stratum.
