摘要
目前,大多数白光LEDs是使用蓝光发光二极管和YAG:Ce荧光粉组成的。使用低温湿化学制备得到的纳米晶体荧光粉体具有优异的化学性能和荧光性能。较系统地概述了溶剂热法制备的技术方法、原理和溶剂选择。详细介绍了该技术的特点,对YAG:Ce荧光粉体制备技术的研究现状做了简要叙述,阐述了Ce3+离子作为发光激活中心的原理,着重介绍了目前在YAG:Ce粉体的制备中的溶剂热法,简要地分析了这种方法在YAG:Ce粉体制备中的优缺点,认为溶剂热法是一种极有应用前景的制备YAG:Ce荧光粉体的方法。
At present, almost of white LEDs are composed of blue LEDs and YAG:Ce yellow phosphors. Nanocrystal phosphors synthesized by low- temperature wet chemical processing has excellent photoluminescence and chemical properties. The method, principle, solvent choice were introduced systematically. Features of this technique were introduced in detail. The progress of synthesis for YAG: Ce powders has been summarized simply. Prevalent method used for production of YAG: Ce, solvothermal method,was introduced simply. The advantages and disadvantages of solvothermal synthesis of YAG:Ce powders were discussed in brief. It was believed that solvothermal preparation could potentially become the dominant process for the production of YAG:Ce powders.
