摘要
论文基于传统的视频分级编码的相关技术,提出H.264分级编码的基本思路。并就帧内预测和帧间预测的算法进行仿真实验,和MPEG-2标准就编码性能进行对比,实验结果表明,H.264分级编码的编码性能提升了50%左右。
This article is based on related traditional video scalable coding technology, and describes the basic thoughts on H. 264 video scalable coding. It provides emulational testing on the calculation methods of forecasting within frames and between frames, and makes coding performance comparison with MPEG-2 standard. The testing results shows that the coding performance of H. 264 scalable coding increase around 50%.
