摘要
目的优选丹参提取工艺。方法以丹参酮IIA和丹酚酸B提取率为观察指标,对丹参的两种提取工艺进行实验比较,并用正交试验法进行工艺参数筛选。结果丹参提取工艺以超微振动提取法为佳,优选的提取工艺条件为:丹参分别加4倍量95%乙醇和4倍量50%乙醇,超微振动各提取1次,每次10min。结论优选的工艺对丹参的提取工艺具有指导意义。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods With tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salvianolic acid B as indexes, the processing parameters of the extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza were screened with orthogonal design. Results Using superfine crushing extraction with the extraction condition was follows as : adding 4 times amount of 95% alcohol and then adding 4 times amount of 50% alcohol be extractied for 10 minutes each time. Conclusion The process has guiding significance for extracting of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
