摘要
本文运用PBL教学法在植物组织培养实验教学中进行了尝试,通过问卷调查分析学生对PBL教学法的效果评价,并用SPSS13.0软件对实验班和对照班学生的考试成绩进行了统计分析,研究结果表明,PBL教学法可调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生的自学能力,提高其学习效率和学习成绩。
PBL teaching method was applied in the course of plant tissue culture experiment teaching. Its effect was estimated by questionnaire inquires of the students and the exam record between the control class and the experiment class was carried out statistic analysis with SPSS13.0 software. The results showed： PBL teaching method could mobilize the studying enthusiasm of the students, train student＇ s self-learning ability, improve their studying efficiency and exam record.
