选择性钙通道阻滞剂构效关系及其作用的研究进展
摘要
钙拮抗剂又称钙通道阻滞剂fcalcium channel blocker,CCB),是指在通道水平上选择性阻滞钙离子进入细胞内。降低细胞内钙离子浓度的一类药物。早在18世纪后期。钙离子内流可引起肌肉收缩已为人所知,但对其进入细胞的机制尚不清楚。1963年Knoll和Hoechest公司首次合成钙通道阻滞剂维托帕米,为心脑血管疾病的治疗翻开了崭新的一页。细胞内钙有极其重要的生理功能,
