HPLC Determination of Ephedrine Hydrocholido in Fufang Zhongfengkangfu Tablets

目的:建立复方中风康复片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:以ArchBong色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸、0.1%三乙胺溶液(3:97)为流动相,采用HPLC法测定。结果:本品中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定线性范围为(10.6～127.2)μg.mL-1(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.3%(RSD%为0.59%,n=6)。结论:此法操作简单、结果准确,可用于复方中风康复片的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of Ephedrine Hydrocholido in Fufang Zhongfengkangfu Tablets.Methods： Using the method of HPLC, the ArchBong radialcompression column was used with a mobile phase of methanol- water emulsion of containing 0.1% phosphoric acid and 0.1% triethylamine （3：97） .Results： The linear range of Ephedrine Hydrocholido was （10.6-127.2） ug.mL-1 （r=0.9995）, and the average recovery Was 100.3% （RSD=0.59%, n=6）; Conclusion： This method Was simple and feasible for the quality control of Fufang Zhongfengkangfu Tablets.
