儿童皮肤软组织扩张术的临床应用

Clinical application of childhood skin soft tissue expansion

目的:为儿童皮肤软组织扩张术的临床应用提供参考。方法:采用一期扩张器埋置术,二期皮瓣修复皮肤软组织缺损。结果:98例儿童,92.47%均能达到治疗效果,7.53%因并发症未能达到预期目标。结论:儿童使用皮肤软组织扩张术是安全有效的,是值得推广的好方法,但应注重适应症的选择、注水方式及预防并发症的发生。

Objective： To provide an reference for clinical application of childhood skin soft tissue expansion. Methods Adopt tissue expansion and flaps with primary healing, skin flap repairing skin defects with second stage. Results 93.61 of 47 of childhood got anticipated results and 6.39 of childhood can not reach good effects. Conclusions Tissue expanders are safe and effective in repairing the soft tissue defects in pediatric patients and is worthy to be popularized. It is essential to pay attention to select indications, injection methods and prevent complications.
