摘要
笔者从心理学角度出发,研究个性心理特征中的气质因素对编辑活动的影响,提出应考虑编辑不同的气质适当安排其从事相应工作,以充分发挥其主观能动性,提高工作效率。
The author of the article tends to study the personality factors of the individual psychological characteristics that affects the quality of the editorial activities from a psychological point of view. The author insists that editors of different temperament be assigned different work based on their temperament so that they can fully display their initiatives and improve'their work effeciency.
