摘要
本文主要介绍了情商能力的组成和价值,分析了当前本科生的情商现状,并提出采用举办小型情商讲座,把情商教育贯穿于教学全过程,采用学生自我教育的方法对学生进行情商教育,最后介绍了情商教育的良好效果。
This paper introduces the composition and value of EQ(Emotional Qutoient) capacity. It analyses the EQ conditions of the current undergraduate students and presents some means of EQ education on students such as holding a small course of lectures about EQ,impenetrating EQ education into the whole teaching process and students' self-education. Finally,the effects of EQ education are introduced.
