论我国政治安全中非传统安全威胁及应对措施

Non-traditional Threats to Security and Countermeasures in China's Political Security

传统安全威胁是威胁主体运用暴力手段主要危害主权国家的军事安全,进而危害其政权、制度、国土安全的一种威胁形式;非传统安全威胁是来自军事战争领域之外的各种威胁。我国政治安全中的非传统安全威胁主要是"台独势力"、意识形态渗透、境外非政府组织的非法活动、"三股势力"和群体性事件。对此,文章提出了应对我国政治安全中非传统安全威胁的战略及构建的新体制。

Traditional threats to security are the forms to use violence mainly against the military security of sovereign states, thereby jeopardizing their political power, systems, homeland security. Non- traditional threats to security are that various coming from outside the field of military war. China＇s major challenge of political security of non - traditional threats to security refer to ＂Taiwan independence forces＂, ideological infiltration, nongovernmental organizations outside the illegal activities, the ＂three evil forces＂ and mass incidents. In order to deal with the non - traditional security threats in the political field , the author tried to suggest his strategy and build up a new system correspondingly.
