Strategies of Cultivating Police College Students' Healthy Psychology

文章在指出公安院校学员的心理健康标准及当前学员心理健康工作的必要性的基础上,初步探索了学员健康心理的培养策略:完善招警渠道,重视警察职业人才的选拔;建立学员心理素质档案,完善综合素质测评体系;帮助学员形成健康而完善的人格,为今后的工作打下坚实的健康心理基础;建立人民警察心理行为训练基地;设置专业心理辅导和心理咨询机构,这样,就会为学员今后的职业发展及人格的完善打下坚实的基础。

Based on healthy psychological standards of police colleges and universities students and necessary psychological health care, this article preliminary researches strategies of cultivating students＇ healthy psychology ; ways to improve enrolment by attaching importance to selecting professional policemen ; establishing students＇psychological quality ; bettering evaluation system of comprehensive quality, helping students to build healthy and perfect personality and found solid basis for future career; establishing training base for police psychology; setting up psychological counseling and consultation agencies. ProfesSional and personality development can be strengthened by the methods mentioned above.
