On the Information of Electronic File Management in Colleges and Universities

随着信息技术在高校应用的日益深入,利用电子信息建立档案管理成为当前高校档案工作发展的必然趋势。文章阐述了电子档案的形成、特点及其在档案管理工作中的重要作用,分析了电子档案在管理过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的解决办法。

With the growing intensity of information technology in colleges and universities, it has become an inevitable trend to make use of electronic information in file management. This thesis expounds the formation, characteristics and importance of electronic file in file management, analyzes the problems existing in electronic file management and puts forward the corresponding solutions accordingly.
