摘要
目的比较国产与进口帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症的成本与效果。方法根据已有的文献资料,利用药物经济学的原理,采用成本-效果分析方法对国产与进口帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症进行评价。结果国产和进口帕罗西汀片组的成本分别为846.6元和1694.0元,成本效果比分别为9.8和18.8。结论国产帕罗西汀片是治疗抑郁症的较佳方案。
Objective To compare the cost - effectiveness of paroxetine tablets from domestic and abroad in the treatmentof depression. Methods According to the existing literature, with the principle of pharmacoeconomics, cost - effectiveness analysis （CEA） method was carried out to analyze the paroxetine tablets from domestic and abroad in the treatment of depression. Results At the end of the treatment, the costs were 846. 6 yuan in the domestic paroxetine tablets group and 1694.0 yuan in the abroad paroxetine tablets group. The cost - effectiveness was 9.8 and 18.8 respectively. Conclusion The domestic paroxetine tablets are better choice for the treatment of depression.
