适应于某砂岩型铀矿的嗜酸性微生物的驯化研究

The breeding and domestication culture of uranium-leaching bacterial strains from a sandstone-type uranium deposit

从某砂岩型铀矿酸性矿坑水中分离富集得到了一株浸铀菌种,经初步鉴定为一株嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌。为进一步研究该菌种的活性和稳定性,对该浸铀菌种进行了在该矿吸附尾液以及黄铁矿中的适应性驯化,最终获得一株具有较高活性及较强适应性的嗜酸性浸铀菌种。

From acidic mine water of a sandstone--type uranium deposit, a uranium--leaching bacterial strain was separated and enriched. The strain was preliminary identified as a strain of acidophil thioferrooxidianz. For further study on the activity and stability of the bacterial strain, it was domesticated in the adsorption tailing solution and Pyrite of the deposit. A uranium-leaching strain of acidophil thioferroxidian with high activity and adaptability have been finally obtained.
