摘要
简述了高性能Ｎｄ－Ｆｅ－Ｂ烧结磁体对微结构和相组成的要求；综述了各种因素（添加元素、磁粉和晶粒的粒度、定向度、含氧量）对Ｎｄ－Ｆｅ－Ｂ烧结磁体的影响；最后讨论了Ｎｄ－Ｆｅ－Ｂ磁体的高温稳定性。
This paper described the requirements for the microstructure and phase constituents of high property Nd Fe B sinterecl magnets in brief,and summarized the effects of various factors such as added elements,the size and degree of alignment of magnetic powders and grains,and oxygen content,on the magnetic properties of Nd Fe B sintered magnets.Finally,the elevated temperature stabilities of the Nd Fe B magnets were discussed.
