小儿咽扁颗粒的提取工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的用正交法优化小儿咽扁颗粒中金银花、金果榄和射干的醇提工艺。方法以提取物中绿原酸和盐酸巴马汀的含量作为考核指标,通过L9(34)正交试验法确定小儿咽扁颗粒中金银花、金果榄和射干的最佳醇提工艺,并与传统的水提工艺进行比较。结果最佳提取工艺为处方药材加8倍量50%乙醇在80℃下回流提取2次,每次1.5h。结论醇提法优于水提法。该提取方法合理、可行,为小儿咽扁颗粒的醇提工艺提供了依据。 Objective The orthogonal test was used to optimal ethanol extraction technique of Xiaoer Yanbian Keli. Methods The content of Chlorogenic acid and Palmatine hydrochloride in the extracts were used as indexes, the optimum extraction of Xiaoer Yanbian Keli were studied with the orthogonal test of L9 ( 3^4 ) . The effect of ethanol extraction and traditional water extraction were compared. Results The optimal technique was chosen: reflux extraction with eight fold 50% alcohol for two times and each time for two hour ,extraction temperature was 80 ℃. Conclusion The ethanol extraction technique is better than that of water extraction. The optimum extraction technique is rational, feasible, and the experiment results can provide the basis for the extraction technique of Xiaoer Yanbian Keli.
