摘要
目的通过对胃肠健胶囊中有害元素铅含量的测定,建立和完善中成药原料药材中铅的分析方法。方法采用程序升温灰化法对样品进行处理,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅含量。结果铅元素在2.0-20.0ng/mL的范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9957),平均回收率为98.28%,RSD=1.74%(n=6)。结论该法简单、快速、准确,可作为中成药材中铅含量测定方法的参考。
Objective To establish and perfect the analysis method of lead in Weichangjian Capsule. Methods Using the method of TPD ashing to deal with the samples, makes it as solution, then aids the mixture of 2%NH4H2PO4-0.2%Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier, mensurates lead content by ABS ashing method. Results Lead's absorbance was linear over the rage of 2.0-20.0 ng/mL (r=0.999 2), the average recoveries was 98.28% with 1.74% of RSD (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and stable, and it can be used in mensurating lead content in Chinese patent drug.
