脂肪测定仪提取桔梗总皂苷测定方法研究

Study on General platycodin Extracting Method by Utilizing Fat Analyzer

目的确定SZF-06C脂肪测定仪测定桔梗皂苷含量方法的可行性。方法对同一批桔梗采用《中国药典》2005年版一部桔梗项下总皂苷含量测定法和脂肪测定仪法,并对结果进行比较。结果脂肪测定仪法测定结果与药典规定方法之间无显著差异,且可减少药品消耗,提高测定效率。结论采用脂肪测定仪法测定桔梗总皂苷含量可靠、可行,更为简便高效、经济环保。

Objective To determinate the feasibility of General platycodin extracting method by utilizing SZF-06C fat analyzer, Methods Generalplatycodin in the same samples is determinated by the two methods of pharmacopoeia 2005 and fat analyzer.In the same time, determination results are compared. Results The result of determination of two methods is not significant different（P 〉 0.05）. However, the fat analyzer method can to reduce the cost of reagent. Conclusion The method of fat analyzer is reliable and feasible and which can protect enviroment better.
