摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定清肺饮中黄芩苷的含量质量控制方法。方法采用Sinochorom ODS Cl8柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸溶液(55:45:0.2)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在0.0998-0.5988μg.范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.35%,RSD为1.6%(n=5)。结论本法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of baicalin in Qingfeiyin oral liquid. Methods The separation was performed on SinochoromODS C18 column, using methanol-waterphosphoric acid （55 ： 45 ： 0.2） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range ofbaicalin was from 0.099 8-0.598 8 μg （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 99.35 % and RSD was 1.6 % （n=5）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qingfeiyin.
