RP-HPLC法测定北重楼中薯蓣皂苷元的含量

Determination of Diosgenin from Paris vertilla by RP-HPLC

目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定北重楼中薯蓣皂苷元的含量，以能充分开发利用该药材资源。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，以Zorbax—Extend—C18柱为固定相，乙腈-水（86：14）溶液为流动相，检测波长203nm。结果薯蓣皂苷元在0．1648-1．812μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998），加样回收率为102．8％（RSD=3．33％）。结论该法操作简便、准确、可靠，可为北重楼的质量控制提供依据。

Objective To determine the contents of diosgenin in Paris vertilla by RP-HPLC, in order to exploit and use this medical resource. Methods Zorbax-Extend-C18 column was used in RP-HPLC with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（86：14）,detector wavelength was 203nm. Results The linear range was 0.164 8-1.812μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery and RSD were 102.8% and 3.33%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of diosgenin in Paris verticilla.
