摘要
保险代理人制度的存在给寿险营销员的激励提出了一些特殊性要求,目前对这一群体的激励还存在激励时效性短、手段单一、内容过于利益化、激励主管过分依赖公司等诸多问题。针对这些问题,建议采取改革代理人佣金制度和代理人税收制度,提高代理人福利待遇,建立多层次激励模式,提升主管激励能力,建立监督执行体系,加强企业文化教育等长效激励措施。
Some special requests are given to life insurance salesmen incentive mechanism owing to the insurance agent system. And there are some problems for this mechanism, such as, incentive time still short; the charge over - reliance on company incentive. Considering those special requests, some suggestions are given to solve these problems: reforming the agent commission system and the tax system, increasing the welfare standards, establishing a multi - level incentive model, enhancing the ability of the charge, strengthening the enterprise cultural education.
