Study Advance of Canine Distemper

犬瘟热是由犬瘟热病毒引起的一种急性高度接触性传染病,是对我国养犬业、毛皮动物养殖业和野生动物保护业危害最大的疫病之一。我国近年来发病率有增长的趋势。本文对其病原学、流行病学、发病机理、病理变化、症状、治疗和免疫预防进行了综述。

Canine distemper （CD）, caused by canine distemper virus （CDV）, was acute and highly contagious dis- ease in canine and other camivores, and was one of the most severe infectious diseases in canine farming, far cultivation and wildlife conservation. The incidence of CD was in a upward trend recent years. This paper provides an overview of the etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathological change, symptom, cure advice and immunoprophylaxis of CD.
