摘要
在常规栽培条件下,对茶薪菇8个不同生长发育阶段6种与培养料主要组分分解相关的胞外酶的变化情况进行了测定,结果表明:在相同培养料中,来源不同的茶薪菇菌株6种胞外酶只是酶活性的大小相对不同,并没有显著性差异;同时,酶活变化规律基本趋于一致,酶活性均随第一潮子实体的成熟出现一个活性峰值,在营养生长期,酶活性处于整体上升趋势,生殖生长阶段则呈下降趋势,部分酶活性后期基本丧失。
Under normal cultivation conditions, dynamic variation law of six kinds of extraceellular enzyme activities which were relative to cultivation composition was investigated during the whole growth period of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang. The results revealed that five different sources strains were only relative diserepaney of enzyme activities in the same medium compositions, not the variation law of enzyme activities, there was an aetive peak following the maturation of fruitbodies in each flush for most of the enzymes, and that in general, the enzyme activities increased during myeelium growth stage, decreased during fruiting stage, and part of enzymes lost their aetivities in later period of eultivation.
