我国民航货机实际保障能力分析

Analysis of the Real Support Capability of the Civilian Air Cargo Transportation Planes in Our Country

我军的航空运力十分有限,难以满足当前空运的需求。通过对民航货运现状的分析,可以看出民航货运运力是航空军事运输可发掘的潜力所在,并从实际出发,借鉴外军的三级动员体制,对我民航货机运力的保障能力进行了计算。经实例分析可得出结论:动员民航货机运力能有效缓解我军航空运输的紧张局面。

Since the capability of our military aviation transportation is not large enough,it can not meet the needs of our military transportation currently. Upon the basis of the analysis of the present condition of our civilian cargo-transport planes, it is found that the civil cargo-transport planes have much potential that can be used for the military aviation transportation. In the light of our present situation and the three-level mobilization system of foreign armies, the guarantee capability of our civilian cargo-transport planes is cal- culated in the paper. Through the analytical calculation of some actual examples, it is concluded that the capability of our civilian cargo-transport planes can help alleviate the straitened situation of our military aviation transportation effectively.
