摘要 由于对民用港码头资源进行勘查所获得的数据量大,获得的信息模糊性因素多,采用模糊聚类分析方法对战区内码头资源进行分类分析:首先构建了民港码头军事利用价值二级评估指标体系,确定了指标权重,然后利用编网法对模糊相似矩阵进行聚类处理,最后通过实例应用验证该方法的可行性。利用此方法可及时对各个码头的军事利用价值进行分析,能为战时有的放矢的动员、征用一定数量的民用港码头提供决策依据。 When investigations are made of civilian ports and wharves, a great mass of data will be obtained and many of them are fuzzy, owing to which the fuzzy clustering analysis is made in the paper to effectively classify and analyze the wharf resources located within our war zone, in which case a two-level evaluation index system is first established for evaluating the military value of the civilian ports and wharves, with the weight of each index determined, then the netting method of clustering is used to deal with the fuzzy similar matrix, and finally this method is put to the test with practical examples to prove its feasibility. It is proved that this method can be used to analyze the value of the military use of each wharf timely and provide a basis for decision-making in mobilizing and expropriating a right number of civilian wharves for military use during wartime.
