摘要 山西忻阜高速公路长城岭隧道为三车道长隧道,所处地质多为软弱片麻岩,洞口为浅埋段,且存在局部偏压,开挖断面超过160 m2。根据工况选择三台阶预留核心土施工工法,施工中坚持"明地质、管起前、严注浆、短进尺、强支护、早封闭、勤量测、速反馈"原则,降低了成本,加快了进度,且各项指标控制到位,没有发生安全、质量事故,对同类工程有借鉴意义。 The Changchengling Tunnel of the Yibu Expressway in Xinzhou, Shanxi province is a 3-lane long tunnel,which is located in an area of mostly weak gneiss, and the tunnel adit is located in the shallow buried section, and partially pressed, with its excavated cross-section being larger than 160 m^2. According to the specific conditions, the 3-bench core-soil-pre-left construction method is adopted, with the principles of "making clear geological conditions, managing ahead of actual construction, strictly grouting, shortly drilling depth, strengthening supporting,early sealing, frequent survey,and quick feedback " stuck to in the process of construction. With all the principles strictly carried out, costs are lowered, construction is sped up, and all the control targets are properly achieved, with no safety and quality accidents occurring. It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
