摘要
以片状石墨非裂隙的观点,从灰口铸铁拉伸时G/m界面及基体微力学行为,联系到G/m界面强化及基体强韧化,设计了以Msh包围石墨及(F+M)双相钢基体的灰口铸铁优化组织,测得其性能与预期的吻合,性能有显著提高.
Tacking the view point of treating plate graphite as non-crack, from the micro-mechanical behaviours of matrix and G-m interface to associate with the G-m interfacial strenthening and matrix strengthening and toughening, we design the optimized microstructure of grey cast iron with a M sh encapsulated G and F+M dual-phase steel matrix, of which the tested properties, as expected, are improved obviously, compared with similar type of iron now available.
