人体胶囊式无线内窥微机电系统的设计与工作寿命研究 被引量:2

摘要 在设计人体胶囊式无线内窥微机电系统过程中,通过理论分析和实验测试,研究了影响系统工作寿命的图像传感器选用、无线发射电路配置、控制方式选择,以及电源系统的设计问题。选用了CMOS图像传感器,精确合理地配置了无线发射功率,设计了灵活省电的永磁场控制方式,选择了锂锰钮扣电池和其电池组构成电源系统,研制出了微体积、易于控制、有较好图像质量、较长工作寿命的人体胶囊式无线内窥微机电系统,给出的由该系统在实验室条件下和动物实验中采集的图像及测试参数表明设计方案是可行的。 During the design of a capsule wireless endoscopic MEMS,through theoretical analysis and experimental test, it studies on the problems about all the factors that influence the working life of the endoscope system,such as image sensor selection, wireless transmission circuit configuration, control manner selection,and the design of the power system. CMOS image sensor was selected,wireless transmission power was precisely configured,flexible and power-saving magneto control manner was designed, and power system assembled of Li-Mn button batteries was selected. A wireless endoscopic MEMS with mini-size,easy-control manner,good image quality,and long working life capsule is finally manufactured. And the images that captured in laboratory and animal experiment show that the design is feasible.
