摘要 分析了碟形弹簧的工作特性,以在摩擦片磨损极限范围内弹簧压紧力变化值最小及碟簧体积最小为优化目标,运用转化目标法建立多目标优化设计数学模型,结合实例采用LINGO软件求解该模型并用相对满意度法对优化结果进行了评价。结果表明,优化后的碟形弹簧各设计变量值明显优于原设计,采用LINGO软件求解优化问题,算法简单实用,提高了设计效率。 Based on the analysis of the working characters of disc spings ,the multiobjective optimal design model of disc spings was estalished with transformation of goals method,which takes objectives with the minimum of volume and compress force changing of the springwithin the scope of the friction slice wear. In an example,the optimal design is presented with the help of LINGO software and is judged with relative satisfaction method. The result shows that the disc spring have better characteristics after optimum design with this model. The LINGO software ,whose arthemetic is very reliabe and practical,can improve the design efficiency in optimum issue.
