摘要
利用pro/e软件进行少齿数齿轮的拟实造型和仿真装配并模拟运动,不但简便易行,而且效果突出,既可以将少齿数齿轮的结构细节表现无遗,又可以将其配合关系表达清楚,从而使人们在计算机屏幕上就可以详尽了解少齿数齿轮的造型特点和啮合特性,而通过运动仿真又能对部件在现实环境中的运动进行建立、评估和优化,以便最佳的满足工程和性能需求。
It use pro/e software carry out few teeth gears on virtual modeling and simulation assembly and analog movement. Not only simple ,but also the effect of prominent. Virtual modeling can express both little structural details of the gear teeth and the relationship. So that the people can exhaustive know the shape of gear teeth meshing characteristics and properties on the computer screen. Through the motion simulation,it set up gear function and assess and optimize in reality,in order to best meet the engineering and performance requirements.
