一种多工位专用数控钻床的设计研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对大尺寸,多孔零件及直径较大的深孔加工,提出了一种可调式大直径数控多工位专用钻床设计方案。对多工位专用钻床的上滑台,下滑台等机械结构进行设计,实现了加工不同中心距不同厚度的工件及一专多用的要求。基于西门子数控系统完成电气控制部分的设计,实现立柱钻头与回转工作台在数控系统的统一控制下,完成连续精确的高速钻孔。相比于传统钻床,该方案适合大直径的深孔加工,以及满足高加工节拍、高形位精度,不同尺寸加工自适应,高效率要求,并具有低成本的特点。 In view of the processing for great size ,porous components and large ammeter aeep holes ,proposed design proposal of zoom type large diameter numerical control multi-location special-purpose drilling machine. Designed the mechanism such as sliding tables and so on,made the processing of different center distance ,different thickness work pieces and a specially multi-purpose come true. Based on the simens numerical control system,designed the electric control parts ,and under the numerical control,the machine completed the processing of continual precise high speed drill hole. Compared with the traditional drilling machine ,the plan was suitable for the large diameter,deep hole processing,meat the requirements of the high processing metre ,high shape and position precision,auto-adapted processes for the different size ,the high efficiency,and with the characteristics of low-cost
