摘要
锌空电池是高效、清洁的新型环保能源之一,采用"干嵌法"工艺生产锌空电池极片时,对锌粉的湿度控制有着很高的要求。采用ARM9、湿度传感器、A/D转换器、显示电路、加湿器与风机等组成湿度控制系统,保证了极片的质量,使其导电率达到最佳状态。
Zinc-air battery is one of the efficient, clean and environmentally new energy, using "dry embed " technology for production zinc-air battery electrode slice.It has a very high demands to the humidity of Zn power. We use ARM9,humidity sensor,analog-digit converters ,the display circuit,Humidifiers and fans component the humidity control system,ensured the quality of a implementation to achieve its best conductivity state.
