摘要
基于速度检测的思路提出了2种机床主轴低速刹车系统控制方案,分别采用计时器和计数器对主轴速度进行判断,当速度低于安全值时系统使能刹车信号,否则刹车操作失效不能实施紧急制动,从而确保生产安全。分析了2种方案的工作原理,并指出了各自的技术特点和使用场合。
Based on speed detection and adopted timers, it presents two low speed braking system control projects for machine tool spindle. The spindle speed and braking time range determine respectively the braking effection and security, when the speed is lower than the security value the system enables the braking signal, otherwise the braking operation fails and emergency brake can not be implemented. It analyzes the working principle of two projects, shows their technical characteristics and application occasions.
