圆柱齿轮的抗传动失效研究与设计

摘要 针对齿轮传动的需求特定,对圆柱齿轮的抗传动失效性能进行了分析,确立了齿轮失效的几种情况。分析了齿轮失效产生的原因,并给出了齿轮抗失效的设计原则。最后从圆柱齿轮材质、齿面接触强度和齿根弯曲强度三个方面详细分析了抗传动失效的措施,给出了齿轮强度计算公式。 From specific in view of gear drive's demand, This paper has carried on the analysis to cylindrical gears' anti-transmission expiration performance, has established several kind of situations which the gear expires. Has analyzed the reason which the gear expiration produces, and has given the gear anti-expiration principle of design. Finally from the cylindrical gears material quality, the tooth face contact intensity and the tooth root bending strength three aspect muhianalysis the measure which anti-transmission expired, has given the gear strength calculation formula.
