介绍了一个以计算机系统为核心的有机光导鼓自动涂布控制系统的设计与实现,阐述了主控制模块、汽缸运动控制与传感模块、温度控制模块;研究表明,该系统具有控制精度高、操控性好的特点,可以实现涂布系统较复杂的工艺控制。
This paper describes the design and implementation of a computer system at the core of the organic photoconductive drum coating automatic control system. The three main modules, main control module, the cylinder motion control and sensor modules, temperature control module, are discussed. The research shows that the system has high control-precision, good handling, and can complete more complex process control.
