水利工程施工设备管理刍议

Study of The Construction Equipment Management In Water Resource Project

从五个方面探讨了水利工程施工设备管理,即使用管理、安全管理、施工管理、配件供应管理、信息化管理;介绍了水利施工企业管理现状;从健全管理机构、操作人员培训、缩短折旧年限、设备的使用与项目合理配置、做好设备的维护保养、合理使用设备等方面,提出了加强水利施工机械设备管理的对策。

The article study the construction equipment management in the water resource project from five sapects： equipment construction management, usage management, safety management, information management and spare parts supply management. It also introduce the present situation of the equipment management in the construction companies, propose the proper measurements for the equipment management in respect of equipment management orgnization set up, operators trainning, equipment using meathod adjustment according to the project, reducing the depreciation period, proper maintenance and and using methods etc.
