摘要
本文提出了某型双极性堆式电池流道流阻计算的一种数学模型。该数学模型使用迭代计算方法并引入由试验结果获得的修正系数编制程序就可计算出不同流道尺寸参数下的流道流阻。这样在流道设计过程中,只需先通过程序计算出符合流阻要求的流道参数,然后按照参数制作模型进行流阻测量的验证试验即可,从而提高了设计效率,节约了人力物力。
This paper gives a mathematical model of calculating flow resistance of the bipolar pile-type battery. Using iterative computations method, inducting correction coefficient gained from experiment results, it calculates the flow resistance of diversified size with program. During designing flow channels, it calculates appropriate parameter of flow resistance by program, then uses model of being designed on the basis of the parameter to testify flow resistance. It raises the design efficiency, economizes manpower and material resources.
