摘要
利用质谱技术对多个I类油(溶剂精制基础油)和II类油(加氢基础油)组成进行分析,通过四球机、SRV摩擦磨损试验机对不同基础油组成与油品抗磨性能之间的关系进行了研究。经过大量试验后,对试验结果进行统计和归纳,建立了基础油组成与油品抗磨性能的线性模型。结果表明:随基础油中链烷烃与少环环烷烃含量增加,油品抗磨性能有变差的趋势;随芳烃含量及基础油100℃黏度的增加,油品抗磨性能有变好趋势。
The hydrocarbon composition of base stock type I (solvent refined base oil) and base stock type II (hydrofining base oil) were studied by mass spectrometry technique. The effect of different base stocks on lubricant antiwear properties was investigated through four ball test and SRV machine. The linear correlation model of base stock composition with engine oil antiwear properties was established. The results show that the hydrocarbons of the base stocks have some influence on the engine oil antiwear properties. The antiwear properties have an increase trend with the increase of total aromatic hydrocarbon content in the base stocks and the kinematics viscosity at 100 ℃ ,while the antiwear properties show a decrease trend as the alkanes content and cycloalkanes content increased.
