聚丙烯酸型超分散剂在聚乙烯/氢氧化镁复合材料中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 以马来酸酐、丙烯酸为单体合成了聚羧酸型超分散剂(MA),并将其应用于氢氧化镁粉体表面改性。黏度、活化指数、吸油值、比表面积、沉降速度等物化性能指标表明,3%用量的MA改性氢氧化镁后其分散效果明显改善。同时,将改性后的氢氧化镁添加到HDPE中,考察超分散剂对复合材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜表征复合材料的界面结合状态。 Polyacrylate-type hyper-dispersant was synthesized by the monomer of acrylic acid and maleic anhydride,and was applied to modify the surface of magnesium hydroxide. Based on the measurement of viscosity,activated index,oil-absorbed value,specific surface area and sedimentation speed etc,the dispersive effect of magnesium hydroxide was improved remarkably when the dosage of MA was 3%.While magnesium hydroxide modified by hyper-dispersant was added to HDPE,the mechanical properties and combustion property of the resultant composites were investigated. Besides, the interface morphology of the composite was analyzed through SEM.
