茅根多糖的提取工艺研究

摘要 茅根具有很高的药用价值.利用热水浸提法提取茅根多糖,先考察了不同料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间和浸提次数对茅根多糖提取率的影响,然后利用正交实验,优化茅根多糖的提取工艺,并对结果进行分析.结果显示,茅根多糖最佳提取工艺参数为:浸提温度80℃、料液比1:30、浸提时间3 h、浸提次数2次. Congongrass is of high pharmaceutical value. The polysaccharide was extracted by the method of water extraction. The effects of some physical and chemical factors, such as solid-solvent ratio, temperat, ure, time, times on the extraction of polysaccharide in congongrass were investigated. According to orthogonal design, the optimum condition for the extraction of polysaccharide were as follows 80 ℃ 1:30 of solid-solvent, ratio, 3h, 2 times.
